SPAR will be offering a series of information sessions, between one and two hours, on topics related to Activity Based Workplace. Topics of interest for both managers and employees will include “ABW 101”, telework, leading a mobile work team, on desk sharing, etc. We are planning on offering these sessions as part of a “buffet” of subjects that can be chosen by individuals when required.
